Cozy hotel, excellent customer service and best value for money
The Hanoian Hotel is admittedly not the most glamorous and nicest looking hotel of its category in the Old Quarter. It is, however, staffed by the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable group of people that made the stay of my family most enjoyable - recommendations on tours to take, places to shop, eat and see were spot on. Airport transfers, the check-in and check-out processes were effficient. Rooms were clean, well-maintained and spacious. Breakfast was always filling and delicious even if did not feature an extensive selection of hot and cold dishes served in more expensive hotels. Excellent location - away from the crowds near the lake but still close. There is some construction beside the hotel which may cause some inconvenience in the short term but this is beyond the hotel management’s control and should not be an issue in the future.
