It's a newly renovated hotel but everything is so good Great Location in the Old Quarter. Tommy made us feel very welcome, he helped to book a great Ha Long Bay Cruise for us, booked train tickets for Sapa and arranged all transportation.

I'm very happy to stay in The Hanoian Hotel again. Great customer service. Helpful staff especially I need lots of help, when I having fever and sore throat.Appreciate for staff who help me during my stay. (Big Thank you to breakfast team include chef & night shift team as well as morning team.)
